Same billing mistake made 4 times!!!

I have had the most HORRIFIC experience with WebAfrica since January 2021 - After moving to a new house and changing my Fiber to a openserve i was provided with an "promo" boosted internet packed for 3 months. (Dec, Jan, Feb) but I ended up being charged for this boosted package (R300 more PM compared to the package I had originally chose ) and then the boosted package was automatically continued.

The Whatsapp system is USELESS the social media facebook team is USELESS no one gets back to you, no one makes contact, no one has a name.
