SALES VERY FAST RESPONSE, YET TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT CLIENT MUST JUST WAIT
It's sad, that been with Webafrica for so long, all in sudden my cap month after month reaches it's cap before month end, yet no change of activities have occurred. So to play safe, upgrade to an uncapped package, to then keep getting a message out of bundle. Contact bill department, to be told that one should not get such message, but technical department will assist me. Been stuck the whole day to and been told "Thank you for your patience and understanding. We recognise that you have been waiting for some time, and your chat remains in the queue. An agent will be with you as soon as possible." Don't agree that such issue should be dealt with in this manner. Why don't Webafrica have a technical department that one can speak to a agent, like you had before and have in sales department. Suppose once the sales is done, clients must just wait. To me, it's just bad client service.
We understand how frustrating it must be to experience connectivity issues and then struggle to get the assistance you need when reaching out. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. We're here to help. To clarify, are you receiving a notification advising that your service has been capped or that you are out of bundle? If so, please try removing the SIM card from the router for approximately 15 seconds and then insert it again while the router remains powered on. Once done, reboot the router and test whether the connection starts working again. If the issue persists, please let us know whether you are receiving a cap or out-of-bundle notification and the outcome of the above steps so that we can determine the most appropriate way forward.Should you require any further assistance, please continue engaging with us via direct message and we'll gladly assist.
Warm regards,
Webafrica Crew

We understand how frustrating it must be to experience speeds below 1Mbps after upgrading your package, particularly when your previous capped package was working without the same issue. We also recognise your concern around the delays in getting technical assistance and the confusing update showing the fault as closed shortly after the reference was provided. We’ve checked the matter and can confirm that a fault has been logged under reference WA*** for further investigation. The fault has been raised with the relevant technical team for review, including the connection performance concerns you’ve highlighted. We appreciate your patience while the fault is being investigated and trust that the reference provided will allow the matter to be properly tracked through the relevant support process.Warm regards,
