Said they could link my fibre connection

Said they could link my fibre connection. Ended up they couldn't. Took money from my account as deposit. Now struggling to get money back. You cannot talk to a physical person in billing and they force you to use the WhatsApp chat line which literally takes you 4 to 5 hours to get someone available to talk to and they just make promises that don't materialise.
