worst customer service. we have no wifi since last week Monday. we keep getting told the issue is escalated. they just dont care. everyday issue is escalated.its clear the fibre box is faulty and needs replacement. such a ***** service from web africa. worst part you dont have a number to call...mxxm!!!!
