Rude consultants and poor customer service

Worst customer service ever the consultants are rude the system is messed up and you can only get through to them via WhatsApp which is very stupid

I spoke to Thabang M who just stopped responding had to start another chat and waited an hour only to chat to Lesego M who was even worse and openly refused to to assist me and closed the chat while I was busy Webafrica does not care about its customer and the service It’s so Pathetic and disgusting and the fact that you can’t call them makes it even worse

Completely disgusted will be cancelling my subscription
