My voip hasn’t been working for almost the entire month of June 2021, reported the matter on 11 June 2021, everytime i get through on whatsapp chat each consultant will tell me they have escalated the matter, it’s under investigation. No one at webafrica seems to care, i even sent a complaint to them and no response, literally just no care from them.
