Router returned but keep getting billed

I've been trying 2 months now to get my account sorted out. I returned the router but I keep on getting debited for it. The whatsapp consultants a beyond useless! They confirmed to have received the router but nothing comes from it. Phone their sales line and someone is immediately there to assist but after that they are a useless company
