Router Replacement

This company is useless, they are using this stupid WhatsApp system which is not working at all. I have been waiting on WhatsApp for just a replacement of my router since Wednesday. Loosing their services is better than me loosing my job. Till today I haven't been helped and i need wifi to worpk. They are just causing an unnecessary January stress for me.
