Router not working

Web Africa is treating me like they are doing me a favour while I pay them and their router is not even working, they came to install the router and sent me settings which I have followed and it still did not work,called them more than 5 times so that they can navigate me through the settings and they still couldn't help me and kept saying that it's connected on their side. I am extremely disappointed in this company to say the least. I mean I am a new customer. I would not recommend them to anyone, it's been four weeks already but I am still unable to use this thing.
