router not delivered

I have been waiting for a week to get a router delivered despite being informed that it would take up 5 business days upon registration. The call centre agents are useless and ***********, all they do is transfer you from pillar to post instead of giving direct answers about delivery times. IT HAS BEEN OVER 7 Working days and still nothing!
