Robot hell

I'm so frustrated right now that I want to weep. I joined webafrica a month ago, a torment that I hope no one else has to go through. All I want is fiber internet that works and someone to talk to when it doesn't. It's not the 27th of November, and I still don't have internet or phone service despite signing up for fiber with them. Robots are not helpful and this is really not good service. Could you please contact me?
