This is my third complaint, still nobody is attending to the matter.

Following from my previous message, they are trying to retain me by sending me a new modem saying that it will improve the speed.

However, that did not fix anything. Now I'm stuck with a useless modem and I have to go and return them. That's Pathetic!!! They are also refusing to come and collect it. Stating they can only do so after my cancellation.

I lost all confidence that they are able to resolve any issues. What guarantee do I have someone will come and resolve it after I'm no longer a customer.

Bunch of *******. Unreliable. I even tried to call them multiple times and they don't answer.
