******* and worst customer service EVER!

For 3 months in a row now R529 has been deducted from my bank account when the service I signed up for is R399. I have used the WhatsApp line and call centre and have reference numbers for the months I have been complaining but once again R529 was deducted. My line was upgraded without my request / permission and I have no option to downgrade it on their website as it shows I am on a R399 package. I am at my wits end with these people. They have the ****iest customer service EVER! I want to be charged for what I signed up for and I want a refund for the 3 months I have been overcharged.
