Ripped of by Vuma Reach Web Africa

I have a problem with Web Africa (Vuma Reach) I called them to fit fibre at my residence there was an existing fibre line because my landlord had 1 but disconnected it. They then sent me a password on the 23rd of July but charging me from da 9th of July. I had to pay them R399 before anything was done. Again on the 01 of August they debited me R301. So from that time I'm querying it n getting no joy. On da 3rd of October they credited me R62 but they owe me R194. Now they say nothing can be done bec the system won't allow them to credit me again. Now it looks like this entire issue is my problem. Wat else can I do now ???
