Hello Rich323,

The site was designed and launched because we sent you a review of the web site prior to us launching it and this is normally the stage when a client can request changes to be implement or to stop the launch. Once we receive a going ahead from a customer - the site is launched.

As per your telephonic discussion with Tarin from our Web Services team, you encountered a name dispute and you believed that it take might take a while to get resolved. But once a website has gone live we can't put it on hold unless you cancel. And we gave you that option because we understood your predicament.

Moreover, the debit order was given when the sale was made telephonically, therefore, that is why we tried to debit your account for the outstanding balance.

Please get in touch with our Collections team on: *** to make payment arrangements, so your account is not handed over.

Regards,
Mkhululi
Online team

Best regards,
