Ridiculously Poor Service

My wifi is still not activated after a month of me constantly having to follow up! Absolutely no one cares to call me with regards to the progress, promises gets made that a provisioning manager will be in contact with me and that does not happen! Every time I contact you there is some lame excuse as to why I am waiting so long, but at the end of the month I am the lesser that needs to pay! & To put the cherry on top there are so many advisors that just simply let the chat expire so that they won't have to deal with the complaint! I definitely don't recommend WebAfrica!
