ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!

I have been trying to call in to speak to a supervisor cause the service on whatsapp is absolutely terrible, I have cancelled my services and Im due a refund however it takes 10/15 business FOR WHAT??? FOR MY OWN MONEY? its absolutely terrible seriously they quick to take your money but when it comes to giving it back its another story , im so glad i cancelled my services cause their customer care ia terrible
