Ridiculous service, no internet access!

Absolutely ridiculous service, I received my router a week ago and I still have no access to internet. When trying to address this issue, I was transferred around and was told there was a problem from VUMATEL side and that the activation was still pending. I had the phone put down on me after waiting 20 mins to speak to someone with no resolution and have tried using their whatsapp service consecutively for 4 days now with no help whats so ever. I was also promised by one of the agents that the owner would actually phone be back this morning and sort out my issue ASAP, this has not happened. I now waited 28 minutes on the phone with no answer from their side!
