Ridiculous service

Absolute nightmare! Connectivity issues, dropped internet, etc. almost daily. Customer service takes forever, been trying to cancel for over 2 hours as they only do WhatsApp. Was told that because I'm cancelling today, I have to give them a full months notice, so I will be billed next month as well. Honestly, this is the kind of service that is 19th century service. Please do not use these guys. They have a very good "store front" but once you have bought, they don't care.
