Ridiculous service

We have paid for a service which is not working for 2 weeks now!!! This is really ridiculous service. I would not suggest to anyone to use webafrica we have requested fibre the 25th of January 2021 it is the 9th of March we have all the components but the internet is still not working, webafrica says its vodacom, vodacom says it webafrica going back and forth and no one is resolving the issue!
