RIDICULOUS RECONNECTION TIME AND FEE!!!!

So my line was disconnect due to non payment. when I made a payment to get reconnected they said I will be connected within 5 days! sorry that is just ridiculous!!!! I paid today so how complicated can it be to be activated today and to top that I am being charged R575 for reconnection fee I cannot believe this really so much just for pressing a button!!!!! I am really not happy about this!!!!
