Ridiculous payment methods

My eldery dad recently reconnected his wifi however webafrica decided to remove a payment method off his account so now the account is in arrears. I've asked them for an easypay number so that we can make payment however we've been told that they can give us one as the account is suspended. How ridiculous is this because I literally want the easy pay number to make the payment and use it as a future payment method. I am appalled at this service and the fact that they are still business. Imagine not wanting people's money. Can we please get assistance from someone that knows what they are doing and talking about???
