Ridiculous

Ridiculous disgusting is what i think of when i talk about this company. My Wifi has been off for the pass 4 days. 1st of all it took and agent two days to get back to me on their BS WhatsApp chat line. And then the nerve of the agent telling me i'm not responding promptly to their WhatsApp chats. Then i was told to be patient because the technicians are working on the fault, and that was 3days ago. I explained to them that i work from home and need to be connected to the internet at all times. But still no sense of urgency. I'm definitely looking for another service provider but this company is BS!!!
