Ridiculous an horrible service

I contacted webafrica for 2 day but to no avail i call the twice today spend almost 2 hours just to get hold of them i sent an email regarding my payment but no feedback really i'm so disappointed in them not getting back to me I know its lock down but if i don't pay you will cut my connection please people i pay every month treat my call as if you care about your clients.
