Ridiculous agents that needs better emphathy and product knowledge training. Worse speeds ever

My ISP is webafrica through Vuma..I have been with them for a few years by now already and I keep asking myself why I'm still with them. Their customer lacks any really emphathy. I can only contact them on whatsapp, yet their agents never acknowledge, nor replies to all my questions or educate me on anything. They just simply don't take the time to. If you ask 2 questions they always choose which 1 to answer only. I can never get a callback from these people because there's always some lame excuse. And don't get me started on their speeds or lack thereof. I am not getting what they are charging me for.
