Rica Verification
I have been requesting to get assistance with moving home for almost a month now and I have been getting a response that my documents have failed verification which makes no sense because this rica is for MTN and I have just been to MTN and had my documents verified with no issues.
So particularly I would like to know which criteria is webafrica using that is resulting in my documents failing verification?
Secondly, I had a conversation with one of the agents via whatsapp and they advised me to certify my documents at the police station which is absolutely unnecessary because on can not certify a document received via email - so that whole process was a waste of time.
I had an affidavit done at the police station and sent it to webafrica with the rest of my documents and they still failed my verification. So technically it was just a waste of my time to follow their process because they still did not approve my documents.
The most frustrating part about this one is that I read that I need to return the router
with in 21 days or I will be charged, so I am not sure if this is a strategy to eventually charger
me hence Im not getting any help with this or what.
