Review about webafrica
I have been using thro Telkom LTE since September 2025 but unfortunately that didn’t last because of poor network,I asked them to switch me to fibre in December 2025 because they had a special of free router and installation, only for them to deliver by February 2026 now they want me to pay for the router??are they crazy??they can keep their internet at this rate because it their fault not to deliver the orders on time as per the request..I’m so disappointed because even if when one is calling them you hardly get through, you chat to the agents that doesn’t know anything on WhatsApp their service is just zero

08 May 2026, 10:08Hi Sanele,We understand how distressing it is to be waiting for money you urgently need, especially after such a prolonged back‑and‑forth and when the delay was not caused by anything on your side. We acknowledge the frustration and inconvenience this has caused, and we recognise how disappointing this experience has been for you.
We’ve reviewed your account and can confirm that a credit has been logged for the router charge, and a refund request has been submitted accordingly. Once the credit is approved, the refund will be processed and typically reflects within 5 to 7 working days. Our Finance Team is actively working on this to ensure everything moves through smoothly and to avoid any further unnecessary delays.
Warm regards,
Webafrica Crew

08 May 2026, 14:07Hi Sanele,
We understand why the wording around credits and approval can feel contradictory, especially when you are still waiting for the funds to reflect and need cer*****y now. Your frustration is completely understandable.
To clarify and reassure you, the refund process is actively being worked on by our Finance Team. The credit has been logged on the account, and the refund request is moving through the required internal steps to completion. While the approval step is part of this process, it does not mean the matter has stalled. It is still progressing toward release, and the team is aware of the urgency and impact this delay has had on you.
