RESOLVE MY QUERY

Absolutely disugsting service. They only activated my line for 20mb, charged me for 200mb and now Im on the chat for 4 hours getting transferred around and Operations is yet to upgrade the damn line to 200mb, its all they need to do is to upgrade it to the speed I pay for, chatting to them is impossible.

Im going to post the chat transcript here so everyone can laugh at how ridiculous the service is.
