Reluctance to refund monies after service cancellation

Cancelled my service at the end of November 2024 due to relocation. i was promised that it was cancelled. I have recently found out that Webafrica has not cancelled the service and has been debiting my account every month until now. When I contacted them about the cancellation and refund, they send me from pillar to posts. Asking for bank statements knowing very well that they received the money from the debit orders. No customer service whatsoever. Please think twice before using this service provider. In addition, they only talk to you on whatsapp.
