Relocation made terribly difficult with WebAfrica

I had great service with Web Africa last year. Unfortunately, my current experience is terribly poor. I still haven't had any contact regarding my relocation. Spent 25 minutes trying to get through to the call Centre and this is after no contact via the bot. Web Africa promises "moving made easy" but clearly delivering on that.
