Release of line from Webafrica

Hi trying to get Webafrica to release my line because one of Webafrica fiber installer incorrectly filled the application form of the applicant. We have three Dabchick Road in our area of residences Pelican Park/Grassy Park & ZEEKOEVLEI. The installer had to put ZEEKOEVLEI on the application he instead put Pelican Park on the application. I that reside in Pelican Park cannot get fiber at my premises because of this terrible mess. Webafrica are you going to take responsibility for all the downtime I occurred and still occurring. Need my line Release immediately for installation with another ISP OF MY CHOICE
