Release my line since you don’t provide a service!

I signed up with Web Africa in November 2021. Since then, it’s been an uphill service delivery battle. December I even had to change my payment details so that I am not debited. Ironically then I get a call from them when each time I hold for over an hour to get hold of them. Let’s not even mention their **** WhatsApp Line that no one ever tends to. My service with them has been terminated but they refuse to release my line for me to go to another service provider.
