Refusing to cancel my line
Refusing to cancel my line, i have not signed any contract with them, it was a month to month thing, but they still want to charge me for cancelling. Worst of all is that i do not even recieve the speed that i am paying for, im on a 500/500 fibre line and only recieving 15/10mb.

12 May 2023, 13:03To date i have not been able to cancel my service with these people ,wouldn't recommend them to anyone,the WhatsApp group is also useless and it seems that they cant even properly communicate.
