REFUSING REFUND

At the end of October I ordered Fibre throught one of your consultants who did not do his job and cancelled my LTE so I was billed for November 2021 for firbre and LTE. After several whatsapp conversations they gave me a credit and now I AM BATTLING TO GET A REFUND FROM THEM. IS THAT HOW THEY OPERATE????? I will not refer anybody to Webafrica the service suck.
