Refunds Pending

My credit refund has not been paid, into my account, as this supposed to take 10-15 working days. From the 22 August 2025 until the 22 September 2025, no payment as yet. The Agents keep saying its pending with the credit department. To dated there is nothing credited to my bank account. I wonder how many others has experiencing, "refunds still pending".
