Refunds are a nightmare

Webafrica debited my account after i ordered the service, but i have since found a better provider for cheaper. no to get a refund (as i have not received any installation or any device) i am being told i need to wait 1 calender month. very easy to take clients money but it must sit a whole month in your account so you can earn interest on it.
