Refund request

I lost hope as soon as I saw your NPS score out of 12,272 total Reviews 11.048 are in red 1 start OMG does this mean this company is ****ming its customers. I app**** for Vuma reach in April and later received an SMS that Vuma does not service my area anymore due to security concerns which I fully understand and my subscription was cancelled before I could even use the services. No one from Web Africa contacted me and when I try to email no one is responding, their WhatsApp is even worse. I was not even asking for the refund I just wanted them to offer me something else of the same value we are now in July no one is willing to assist me.

All I want right now is a refund of R399.00 what's worse is they don't even both to respond to their customers on this platform. They might as well close the company down they can't do business like this.
