Refund r

Good day I am so frustrated with webafrica, I've been trying to get a refund for the last 3 months now and it's just a dragging process at this point with no help, I've made contact with numerous agents regarding this no one seems to want to help but my money was taken it's absolutely ridiculous for a company to take this long for a refund... I want my money back, I started exploring with different service providers as webafrica just refuse to help.
