Refund not sent

Good day I have signed up with Webafrica in April 2023 and for my connection I link was sent to me for payment which was made of R399.00, 5 days later Vuma declined my installion and was advised I would be refunded, however I have been struggling to get my refund since May and we are currently in the month of August. I have spoken to 5 different advisors on numerous occasions and each advisor advised me of different timescales regarding my refund and no refund has been sent hence they have updated banking details
