Refund not honored

I wanted to Install Vuma at my complex and explained to the agent that I stay in a complex. I was requested to pay the premium in order for the VUMA guys to come install .On their arrival they could not install as it is a complex with long stories. This was on the 08th of April 2022.

Up until now I have been sending messages on *** requesting a refund as there is no direct line or email address to contact them

I NEED THEM TO CONTACT ME IN ORDER TO REFUND ME
