Refund not getting paid

At the end of July, I was debited incorrectly. After a massive fight and struggle they informed me that I will be getting a refund for the overcharge. They informed me that I will have to wait 14 days, I followed up again, they said that I need to wait 3 days for the refund to show in my bank account. I followed up again, they said I had to wait another 3 days for the refund to show in my bank account. Now when I followed up again they said I need to wait ANOTHER 5 days for the money to reflect in my account. There is absolutely NO service, just the copy/paste answers. This is extremely horrible service !!!!
