REFUND MY R249 PLEASE

I signed up with Webafrica and paid my R249 Initiation Fee. The very next day I canceled my order because of all the negative reports about Webafrica on hellopeter. The consultant told me on the phone that I would get a refund. It's been a few weeks now. I try calling but both numbers stay engaged. I try the watsapp line and they tell me they will get the first available agent to contact me. NOBODY comes back to contact me. All i want is the refund of R249 which I paid you 24hrs before canceling my order. I have NOT received a router OR anything else from Webafrica.
