Refund my money's
I am not happy am writing this with a heavy heart you made me pay for the service I never used vumatel requested you to refund me as they dont have spares in my area I was promised that I will be getting back my refund its been over 15 days for your time frame when I chat with your agents they ask me what is the refund for no time scale when am getting back the money I work hard for your agents they just leave the chat without feedback or notifying you af the refund status am fed up I want my money
