Refund

I made an immediate payment for my wifi to be connected, however was told that the money should be paid to vuma's account. Was told last week that the money will be refunded and its been a week later and still nothing. Worst service i've ever received. To top it when you whatsapp them, you wait a whole day to be connected to an agent.
