Refund

I have a wifi with vumatel but when you have problem you must via Webafrica I wanted to pay my active fibre and I was given wrong link to make a payment now when I want my refund I chat with many agent and asking me same thing I didnt get my refund till today but it was their mistake not mine and when I asked from Vumatel they told me to speak with Webafrica and their problem you cannot contact them directly you must speak via whatsapp
