Refund delay / Refusal

I have been with Webafrica for years now and I have never experienced such appalling treatment and service. I was double billed 3 months in a row and I have been following up to get my refund and I still have not, being transferred from 1 agent and department to the other without any resolution, the incompetence is ridiculous no wonder there's no phone number to speak to their billing department.
