Refund Delay and unprofessional agent service.

Disgusting service, not sure if you are ******** I have made a payment 02 February and they never came for installation or even delivered router when I started complaining they said openserve can not do it. I then cancelled since nothing has been done they still needed to check if router was delivered yet I told them you did not do anything. All was checked and then they suppose to refund me and from there it's been promises after promises. Sisanda Q told me once credit done refund will be in within three days never happened then another Mbali M apologized for Sisanda mishap and told me refund will be done within 14 days and yet again that never happened now im told by Miguel H it will be done by end of the month and he sees they only credited and have not put it for refund yet I was initially told credit must b done before refund, and all was in order. What concerns me you are crediting and account no services was done on so you just sitting with someone's money and delaying to pay it back.
