Refund
I have made payment through payfast on the 2 January 2025 payment never reflected as I did a payment through capitec payfast on the 3 January 2025 did another payment used the option retry payment on customer zone then they double debit my account I have been struggling to get a refund it's so frustrating chatting to different agents and departments with no help requesting proof of transaction of the 2 January which my bank can't provide I don't understand why webafrica rejects your bank statement when doing a refund this is day light ******* and as the bread winner in my home every cent has its hole I can't afford to lose money... Just give me my money back

12 Aug 2025, 12:45Today its the 12 August and still waiting for my refund im so frustrated everytime doing follow-ups im being told they are escalating still waiting on feedback im waiting more than 6 months for feedback and no1 can help me.... I just dont understand how a refund is still not resolved after 6 months of waiting webafrica is a freaking **** they quick to take peoples money but you have to wait a whole year for a refund bladdy unprofessional and the same stories from all the agents makes me want to throw up. Get people who can actually do their job or send them for training.... Give my hard earned money back you ******
