Refund

I'm not happy with the service and the agents that we chat with on WhatsApp are so ***********. Yesterday you guy's debited R399 twice so you took R800 instead of R399. I'm requesting a refund but you guys are telling me that the 2nd payment is not reflecting how so.i need my money back.
