Refund

I was offered coverage for my address without verying whether Vuma has towers in my area and only after I paid for package, I was advised that there is no coverage for my address. I requested a refund of my money and there has been no feedback or any communication to advise whether my request has been processed. The whatsapp agent is not helpful at all because they do provide any information
